Method of ownership
The property is National land with Alicia Gomez as possessionaria.
It is not Ejido land.
In this area, ownership is administered by the Rural Association in which
we are accepted. We meet with them on a regular basis.
The property and taxes are paid in full.
Lot ownership is currently secured by a 'promesa de compraventa' contract between the two parties.
The title process will take about three or four years.
The next step in the process is to complete an MIA environmental impact study.
Yum Kaax lots shown in white in the diagram below can be purchased
for $5.00 US cash per square meter.
